Arrival:
The reception at the Passau Suites is not open all the time. But we like to welcome you personally. So please let us know your approximate arrival time as soon as possible.

Baby bed:
Baby beds are available for no extra charge. Please contact us.

Banks:
Several banks are situated in the Ludwigstraße and the Bahnhofstraße. They are usually open Mondays to Fridays, from 9:30am to 12:30pm and from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. The nearest ATM is located at the corner of Schrottgasse and Steinweg, near the town hall (300m from Passau Suites).

Bedding/towels:
If you need an extra blanket or set of towels, please let us know. If desired, we can supply you with a new set of bedding and towels each day.

Bike rentals:
Would you like to take a trip by bike? Rent a bike for several days? Biking with your partner? The nearest good bike shop is the „Fahrrad-Klinik“ at Bräugasse 10 (300m) (+49 (0) 851 5133411)

Breakfast:
We have put together a small selection of nearby breakfast options. You will find the list in your digital guest folder.

Bus:
The city bus runs – despite on Sundays- every twenty minutes between Güterbahnhof and Römerplatz. Fares cost € 2,00.
The nearest stop is 50m away, opposite to the Restaurant “Tiroler” (direction Güterbahnhof) or at the Rathaus (direction Römerplatz).

Car rentals:
If you want to rent a car, write us and we will be happy to connect you with Avis, Europcar, Hertz, SIXT or one of the several other rental companies in Passau.

Cathedral:
Organ concerts take place regularly at St. Stephan’s Cathedral (see the schedule there for details. Special concerts can be found on the event instructions in your room).
The cathedral’s mass schedule is as follows:

Check-out:
We kindly ask you to vacate your suite by 11:00 a.m. In this way, we can ensure that all apartments can be cleaned by 3 p.m. and made available to new guests. We will be happy to store your luggage at a later departure.

Church services:
For Catholic mass schedules see ‘Cathedral’. Protestant services are held Sundays at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Matthias Parish Church (pedestrian zone/Theresienstraße).

Cosmetics:
In case you have forgotten your cosmetics, you may buy basic itrems from our staff. Please call +49 (0) 851 20961436

Credit cards:

We accept American Express, VISA and Mastercard. Guests may also pay in cash or with Giro cards and Maestro.

Deodorant:
Forget your deodorant? No problem. We may not have your brand, but we are happy to sell you a replacement.

Doctor:
If you need a doctor, please phone us and we will try to arrange a doctor’s appointment for you as soon as possible. In case of emergency, please dial 112.

Dogs:
Dogs are welcome! We charge € 15,00 per night for your pet. We even have dog beds, snacks and food cups if you need them.

Drinks:
A small selection of drinks can be found in your room’s mini-bar. All drinks in your suite are complimentary.

DVD:
In your suite you will find a small selection of DVDs on loan.

Electricity:
Germany’s standard electricity supply is 220 volts AC. Plug adapters are available. Please understand that we must place a deposit amount on your bill until adapters are returned.

Emergency calls:
In case of fire or emergency, you can also call for help directly: for the police, dial 110; for the fire department and ambulance, dial 112.

Express-checkout:

You would like to leave early or without delay please settle your invoice the evening before the day of departure or let us know your credit card details.

Fire:
Our house is equipped with smoke detectors. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to report the discovery of a fire source immediately (+49 (0) 851 20961436). Please keep calm and exit the building.

Hunger:
In the immediate vicinity you will find a variety of restaurants. Depending on your interest, we can name different addresses in Passau that meet your wishes. A small recommendation list can be found in your guest book.

Internet:
Your suite has free internet access to the Wi-Fi network. For access, select the network „Passau-Suites“, open the browser and enter the password “Pfaffenhaus” in the mask.

Late Check-out:
Check-out is 11:00 a.m. You desire a late check-out, please ask. We try our best to make a late check-out possible. For late check-out we charge € 20,00 per hour beginning from noon.

Laundry:
You can hand out your laundry to our staff. Wash and dry items will be returned next morning. The price for a load of laundry is € 20,00.

Laundry change:
You prefer a daily change of your towels and/or linen. Please let us know in order to allow us to satisfy your wishes.

Luggage service:
Your need help with your luggage? Then feel free to leave your luggage in your room. We will bring it down for you.

Luggage storage:
Would you like to take a light-heartedly stroll around Passau before your departure but after official check-out? We are happy to store your luggage until your departure.

Luggage transport to pier:
If you are planning a riverboat cruise, you can have us bring your luggage to the pier in time for your departure. The fee per piece of luggage is € 3,00.

Organ concerts:
Usually from May to October, organ concerts take place every day between 12:00 – 12:30 p.m.. There are no concerts on Sundays and holidays, but the 7:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. services all feature organ accompaniment. During summer-season special organ concerts will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays. Tickets are available from 10:00 a.m. (concerts at noon) and from 6:30 p.m. (evening concerts) exclusively in the cathedral court.

Parking services:
If you are taking a boat cruise or a bike trip and need a place to park your car in Passau, please contact us. We will be happy to help.

Pharmacy:
The nearest pharmacy is located on Residenzplatz. To get there, go to the Höllgasse and follow this little street to the left until you reach Steiningergasse, which will take you to Residenzplatz. The pharmacy—called Hofapotheke—is located on the left side of Residenzplatz. Its opening hours are Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (noon). Outside of these times you can get emergency service (during the night or weekends) under www.aponet.de or call us on +49 (0) 851 20961436.

Pillows:
Do you need extra pillows? Let us know, and we will be happy to give you some. On your bed you will find a medium-strength cushion made of 30% down and 70% feather. The smaller pillow, the non-allergy-“Hanserl” has a filling of silicone coated fibre balls. If you prefer an alternative, we offer you a choice of non-allergy pillows, a “Hanserl” with down/feather-filling or a viscoelastic neck roll, all subject to availability.

Please do not disturb:
If you don’t want to be disturbed, please hang the „Do Not Disturb“ sign on the outside of your doorknob.

Radio:
Your suite is equipped with a sound system that allows you to receive selected radio stations and play CDs. You can also connect your Bluetooth-compatible player to the sound system. Therefore, use the systems remote control, press the AUX-button until BLUETOOTH appears on the display panel. Then press and hold down the button No. 5 for 5 seconds. On the systems display panel flashes DISCOVERABLE. Look at your players Bluetooth device list and select „Bose Adapter“. Make the connection. If prompted for a password, enter „0000“.

Restaurants:
In the immediate vicinity you will find a variety of restaurants. Depending on your interest, we can name different addresses in Passau that meet your wishes. A small recommendation list can be found on your desk.

Riverboat tours:
Riverboats (both round-trip tours and point-to-point trips to Austria’s Danube Valley) embark approximately 100m from the hotel. You will find the departure schedule in your guest information. We can also give you information about river cruises.

Safe:
All suites are equipped with a safe, which you will find in the cupboard. To lock it you may choose your own code. Passau Suites accepts no liability for your values.

Sewing materials:
You will find a small sewing case with the accessories in the bathroom.

Stamps:
You can purchase stamps for your posting from us. We will also be happy to help you determine the required postage.

Taxi:
We are happy to call you a taxi when you need one. Expect waiting times of approximately five minutes. You may also order a taxi directly. Please dial the number +49 851 57373.

Toiletries:

Forgotten some toiletries? Please ask. You may buy tooth brushes, tooth paste, razors, shaving cream and other bathroom articles.

Tours (on foot):
All public walking tours of the city (in German language) begin at the portal of the cathedral. If you desire a walking tour in English, please contact us. We will be glad to help and arrange a tour for you.

Tours (by bus):
Bus tours run from April to October and begin at Rathausplatz. Please ask for the (Changing) departure.

Transportation to the piers:
If you are planning on taking a riverboat tour, we can organize your transportation to the piers. Costs are € 10,00 per person. The transport of the luggage is included.

Water:

Tap water quality in Passau is very high. If you’d like mineral water, however, you may find it in the mini-bar.

Wake-up calls:

To arrange for a telephone wake-up call, contact us (+49 (0) 851 20961436) and let us know at what time you desire the wake-up-call.

W-LAN:
